This policy describes how Bitpype handles personal data.

What we collect

Account information (email, name, password hash), workspace content you enter (leads, sites, outreach), billing identifiers from Stripe, and basic technical logs needed to operate the service.

How we use data

We use data to authenticate you, provide product features, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data.

Processors

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Email delivery may use your configured SMTP provider. AI and search providers process prompts/API calls when you enable those integrations.

Retention & deletion

You may delete your account from Billing. Deletion disables login and removes workspace memberships; payment records may be retained for accounting and fraud prevention.
