Service

Bitpype provides multi-tenant tools for lead discovery, website design workflows, outreach, and related automation. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts & billing

You are responsible for account credentials and for activity under your account. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis as shown at checkout. You can cancel in the billing portal; access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful spam, abuse of third-party APIs, or to violate applicable marketing and privacy laws. We may suspend accounts that threaten the platform or other users.

Data

You retain rights to content you upload. We process data to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
